I write this on behalf of my husband, as the one who picks up his prescriptions (after he orders them, 2 to 3 times, ahead). For over 2 years, he has patiently worked with this staff to coordinate his large number of prescriptions, so to be picked up once a month. Many months he has delayed pickup for days or weeks, when they fail to be ready when they say, so to keep them aligned. Staff has asked him to do the following, to help, of which he has done all: 1) Do not use the App, because it makes errors. 2) Call at least 7 days ahead, so doctor calls can be made. 3) Make sure to call before I pick them up, to verify. We have done all these things, and continually when I pick up prescription the following problems continue. A) Even after emails tell they are filled, the bag does not contain them all, when I get home. B) One women staff person, repeatedly every time I pickup, in front of other customers, comments, "Oh my gosh, your husband has SO many drugs". He has been disabled for 3 years, and these drugs make him miserable ~ yet this women see's fit to publicly deride us with the insulting judgement her snide remarks insinuate, every time... We accept that the owners are the one's short-staffing. We respect the staff is stressed. This owner should be ashamed, and so should this women pharmacist, in particular. "Ashamed" is the right word, but not for us. "Patience" is the word, which we are done silently whispering to ourselves.

Michelle should not be working with customers. Prescription was sent in 24 hours ago and she was super rude about it. Told me it wouldn’t be ready for days for a very basic anti nausea medication. I’ll be done with the flu by the time it’s ready lmao. Don’t put a snarky person like her on your pharmacy register. I told her sorry for wasting your time and she just said yea. Normally when I come here they are super sweet and friendly. But it’s crazy how one person can ruin that for everyone. Get some training in decency.
