We are traveling through Salem, but needed to stop at a nearby urgent care for an emergency call. Prescriptions were were written to Safeway Commercial St pharmacy. Wow, what a grumpy bunch of rude people, including the phamacist. Do you do training for this behavior?

This pharmacy is fantastic! Switched from Fred Meyer, some time ago, (they are the worst). I’ve had excellent service every time I’ve come in. They set up my prescription on auto refill and it actually worked. Something that FM never could manage over the 3 years I went there. Nice people here, very efficient. Thank you!

This has become the worst pharmacy I've ever gone to. Wait in a long line next to the creamer and eggs just to be asked to move to another line. Don't waste your time doing anything online because they just ask the same questions when you arrive. I was treated terribly when I called and overheard the tech say, "it's the idiot that was just here." He called me "dude" several times and sounded irritated just picking up the phone. Rarely do I leave a scathing review, but when I do I make sure others are aware that they will be treated like dollars instead of people if they go to this location. Yeah, corporate knows.

Trying to get antibiotic eye medication that is out of stock everywhere. Called yesterday and was told it would be ordered in and it would be ready today. When their supplier didn't deliver I wasn't told, and had to call to find out that they would be trying again for tomorrow. I waited until 5pm thinking they must be busy. Come to find out it was never delivered. I asked that someone call me if it doesn't show up tomorrow (instead of waiting all day ignorantly thinking it would be there) and was given the run around. Asked to leave my information for the manager to call me and was told it would be better for me to call back tomorrow. Not asking for a miracle, just a call when something that I was told would happen doesn't. Staff treated me like I was stupid over the phone, explaining to me that they can't do anything about their supplier not delivering. I felt like they didn't even hear me, when all I wanted was a phone call when their delivery tomorrow comes in IF it doesn't have the medicine. Is that so hard?
