I called them 5 times & was told each time they had but received the prescriptions. I called the original pharmacy 4 times & was told they had sent them 3 times. I ended up running out of meds. It took 30 days before they said they got them. I was then charged $33.51 over my copay.

The rest hung up after saying hello or didn’t answer at all. My prescription was supposed to be transferred to another location but kept getting transferred here and I haven’t been able to speak with anyone about it. Horrific.
