Physiq Fitness was founded in 2007 with the hope to make fitness fun, affordable and life changing. Physiq began with a resistance band and a passionate goal to help people. In 2008 we grew into a local personal training and sports performance company.

It’s been out of toilet paper for a week now and the employees are always sitting on their phones, they don’t greet or talk to any customers. Not to mention the bench and squat racks are insanely crooked and close to each other that it throws off our lifts. Hire better employees please!

This location is only ever staffed from 10am - 6pm, which previously was not an issue. However, the 24/7 policy now prevents standard members from entering the gym during “non staffed hours.” For other locations that are staffed for the whole day there is no change for standard members, but because this location is only staffed from 10am - 6pm that means that standard members can no longer enter the building after 6pm, and anyone caught letting them in can face a $50 fine. This really ruins my perspective of this location. I had really enjoyed coming to this gym in the evenings as I usually get off work at 6pm and would come to Phsyiq with my wife and friends, which I can now no longer do unless my wife and friends increase their memberships to the premium one. Because of this, I have to give this location 1 star which sucks because it used to be my favorite location due to the approachable size and environment. If Physiq hires more staff to allow members to stay till 10pm like before, I would love to change my rating.

Keizer has the best staff super helpful and always kind!!! To the individual who stole my Stanley Water bottle from the South location Just keep in the back of your mind I may have Mouth Herpes!
