There used to be a water fill station but it vanished about a month ago. And the bottle fill part of the water fountain hasn't worked since I joined the gym in June. Feels very unhygienic especially as the bathrooms/showers aren't the cleanest which is surprising cause the staff seems to sit around on their phones a lot. It's also weird having wet floor signs outside the bathroom (as if it was mopped) when it clearly wasn't. Otherwise it's a pretty standard gym. I go midday so there are fewer people. There's only one class on offer so if this is your only location I don't recommend the premium membership unless you use the tanning beds. There's only one massage chair thing in the "recovery room" there used the be a nice giant roller massager thing but that's been gone for about a month as well.

The women’s restroom is consistently disgustingly dirty every time I visit. The floors, stalls, sinks and toilets are never properly cleaned, and the water filter station is just as bad. It’s honestly to the point where I feel sick walking in there. I’m seriously considering switching gyms, and the only reason I haven’t is because this location is closest to my home. I really hope management takes this seriously and addresses the cleanliness, because members shouldn’t have to deal with conditions like this.

It’s been out of toilet paper for a week now and the employees are always sitting on their phones, they don’t greet or talk to any customers. Not to mention the bench and squat racks are insanely crooked and close to each other that it throws off our lifts. Hire better employees please!
