TERRIBLE service. Lady at the front is extremely unprofessional and rude. Not sure how many days you guys need for a few prescriptions that were sent DAYS in advance. I explained they were sent days ago and she snapped back with "you could have called". Didn't know i needed to be sure you did your job when you had two entire days. And i did confirm with the doctor that the prescriptions were sent two days prior, so maybe Safeway needs to be better about checking their ERX cache.

This pharmacy has multiple staff members that are lazy liars that lack actual empathy. Be prepared for issues galore, refusal to fill medications after hospital stays, and staff that will throw the same stories tweaked to fit whatever issue you have to feign empathy. They failed me after surgery, they failed my daughter after her emergency room visit, and they are sure to fail you too.

Unfortunately, It's been nothing but constant problems with most meds every single month for the last 3-4 months. When Elizabeth was there most of the time it was amazing! Now it's a total crap show! I have 10 or so meds every month, time them all to pick up same time every month. I make sure the scripts are there and have enough refills, 3 of them won't auto-fill so I call like clockwork to get them queued up. Lately, everything is wrong. I've had them do partial fills on schedules without letting me know which creates nightmares to fix. The pharmacists on staff don't seem to care, they just say fine... but don't bother to understand that I know what happens when they modify a script or partial fill something without doing it correctly. It's like they can't seem to maneuver their own system. I've been lied to countless times, told conflicting stories, I've had to walk them thru and explain to them why things are happening. What am I paying them for? Headaches? Countless hours lost out of my day? I've called during business hours, no answer, and there is no voicemail option. Called the retail side, tried to speak with a mgr. over there. No luck... Totally useless. Never been so frustrated and fed-up. I'll transfer and do all of the PA's all over again, and let them waste my physician's office time doing so because I won't be held hostage anymore. I'm DONE! Next stop, Oregon Board of Pharmacy to file a complaint and I'll start driving the hour + to go to Costco because this is so unacceptable! Please don't reply and tell me to go to your contact us section... because I won't! You want to fix it? You can try to contact me... my name is Alicia Lease. To those still reading... Please don't go here. I wouldn't wish this kind of anguish and suffering upon anyone!
