Sabrina, who has worked there for a while, was rude and seemed very annoyed with having to be asked questions a continued on the great experience by rolling her eyes. My guess is there needs to be a reminder of customer service skills and to lead new employees by example.

Apparently they do not process prescriptions when the Dr. sends them, they start when you are standing in front of their face. I waited 2 days for a new med thinking that would be plenty of time, but not if they don’t “start working on it” until you, the patient, request it. I’ve never heard of this and it’s ridiculous. Poor practice, no explanation, just “give it about an hour”. Well I gave it 2 days but I guess when you ignore Dr. orders that doesn’t matter.

They always seem short-staffed, and most of the employees move at a snail’s pace. The only bright spot is the Asian lady (not sure of her name) she’s the only one who actually puts in effort and tries to help customers. Management really needs to step it up and do better for the people who rely on this pharmacy.
