It is an extremely difficult decision to make when your family member needs to move into assisted care. We were told numerous times by friends and residents of Roseburg that Brookdale was by far the best assisted care facility in the area. The Supervisor, Sarah, manages this facility in a very professional manner. We met staff that have worked there for more than a decade. You know a facility is running well if the staff have stayed on for this length of time, as this job is challenging in many ways. Our uncle received excellent and compassionate care during his final days at Brookdale. The facility is clean and inviting and staff is always friendly and available for questions. I was also impressed with how quickly they worked to get Mom into the facility. I highly recommend Brookdale if you are in the unfortunate position of having to place a loved one in memory care.
