Very knowlegable and acomodating, even taking frames out of backstock to see if I would like any of them. I did! My appointment was at 4pm. By five thirty I happily walked out with two pairs of glasses. The on-site lab is fantastic. No more patters, all done by machine right there. Meaning you can bring that trusty old frame and walk out with new glasses in an hour. Now let's talk cost. I paid less for 4 pairs of glasses with all the lens coating for less that I have paid for 1 in the pat at other places. Highly recomand them.

She was so warm, friendly, attentive, and patient during the eye exam to ensure that I would get the prescription I needed, thoroughly explained the various tests and determined the best package for my vision needs and my budget and did a fantastic job helping me pick out frames that best suit my face shape and complexion! She made the whole process stress free and I am so excited to receive my new glasses and be able to see so much better!

She even contacted another store when she only had one of my lenses in stock. The other store delivered and I picked up my new glasses less than 24 hours later.
