It would be nice if they would answer their phone. Call customer service, said pharmacy busy, short-staffed, and not able to answer calls. When the estimated refill ready time is past when it's due, you need to speak to someone but they won't answer. Makes it difficult when you're physically unable to get to the pharmacy to speak to them and your required weekly medicine is going to be delayed. Disappointing but also dangerous.

Someone really really needs to do something about the pharmacy never answering the phone. This has been going on for a long time. You read the other reviews. Other people are having the same problem. This isn’t a recent thing either I too have stood in line and called and listened to the phone ring and no one answers. I know people are busy but something needs to be done about this. I’m sorry For sounding so cranky.
