Trying to refill a prescription. No-one ever answers the phone; the AI app asks for a 7 digit number but the label has only 6 digits. Website says you can refill on-line but "find your local pharmacy" an Oakland California as the nearest pharmacy. Finally got connected to King Road but no place to click on refill - ended up back at "find your local pharmacy." Horrible service.

The people who are there are mostly cool, but they never answer the phone or communicate effectively.

Awful customer service. The general manager took my script at 7pm and told me it would be ready by 2pm the next day. I came to pick up at 4pm and was told it wasn’t ready and since they would be closing at 5pm I could comeback after the new year. When dropping off I asked how much the prescription would be with GoodRx since I don’t have insurance and was told I could “look it up”. I really felt like they didn’t want to help me and then held my prescription captive until I would have to go without it. Wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone I’ve filled here maybe 3-4 times and it is ALWAYS an awful experience.

I have heart failure, and I am in a slow detox from pain medication from several different surgeries over the past few years. This pharmacy has messed with the timing on my meds so many times that on several occasions I am a couple days past when my prescription was supposed to be filled, and I am in full blow detox. They could care less about the well being of the people, they are only worried about their time, and how they want to do things.
