The line to wait at the pharmacy is frequently to long to wait, especially if you can't stand more than 10-20 minutes. Please hire more qualified staff to help work flow and customer assistance/satisfaction. Thanks to the staff that are doing the best they can while under such tough conditions, we appreciate you all. I pray you get relief/extra help soon. Customer of 13 years.

It's very frustrating to call 20 times within the first hour of opening with no answer. For something as important as medication the phone should be a reliable source of information, not a massive pain point.
