I put in an online order [because who wants to step foot inside this locaion?] -- they supposedly did not have the chicken I ordered and tried to substitute it with a package costing $10 more. I called the store and spoke with John about cancelling the entire order--he said 'sure what is your name?' I told him then asked if he needed the order number, he said, "No!" abruptly and hung up. I never received an email or any notification that the order was cancelled/refunded. The next day the full amount of groceries-- including the $10 more chicken was charged to my card. I tried calling the store directly FIVE TIMES AND NO ANSWER!!!! So I had to call the 1-800 customer service number who told me the order was never cancelled. (The awesome phone rep handled it for me). DO NOT SHOP HERE THE STAFF IS RUDE AND INCOMPETENT AND THE STORE IS CROWDED AND TRASHY. Shame on the store management.
