It is always understaffed and you can't find no one when needing help,But when someone is stealing I watch all the employees come out to see the person run. I'm standing in line like Wow. I can't get what I need because all the employees are watching drama.

I have been using this pharmacy well pass 25yrs and NEVER had a negative or poor customer service or phone service. In fact, I get phone calls after text messages has been sent to let me know anything about my prescriptions and/or problems. I'm so sorry to hear all of these negative experiences. Always busy, unorganized, not enough staff, the pharmacy never picks up their phone or responds to voicemail, and the customer service people are curt and unhelpful.
