Rude staff! They will refill the wrong size several times! Don’t recommend unless it is your last resort

The pharmacy staff is always great and helpful it's the store managers and a lot of the staff that are very rude especially if you come in within 1 hour of closing time. Once was told over speaker that ppl would have the cops called and not get their groceries if they weren't in the check out line by closing time. I get no one likes staying late but that's extreme and ludicris cuz no cops are going to show up for that stupid reason.

Every time I have been to this pharmacy with the exception of the time I was helped by a lovely lady whose name I sadly don’t recall, the pharmacists are always so short and rude. I was only waiting a few minutes no biggie, I see them hustling back there. But when the gentleman approaches I smile and ask how his day is going (I’m a retail manager so I always try and be extra kind) and he just barks date of birth in a flat tone at me. I’ll admit I matched his energy right back because this is the experience every time. I don’t know if they are just crazy over worked or what is making them so blunt and rude but y’all really need to do better. If you can’t even do basic niceties don’t be in a guest facing role or at the least just match energy, be nice to the people that try.
Kudos to the lady that helped me and my partner once, I would hire someone like that any day.

They are always busy. The staff works very hard. Please be kind and patient with them, they deal with a lot of difficult customers being centrally located downtown.
