After them wasting 30 minutes of my time he told me that I needed to go stand in a line to check in. The email said NOTHING about needing to go check in at a different place. Guy was super rude so I left and will be going elsewhere from now on. If you can’t provide accurate instructions then at least be reasonable when people don’t automatically know what you want them to do.
