As noted by many other reviewers, they never answer their phone. Use a different pharmacy and save yourself a headache. I have no idea how such a complaint can be so universal and supposedly recognized but not actually addressed. Who is in charge there?

Phones go unanswered. Lines are long. I counted 7 people working yesterday, 6 filling prescriptions but only 1 on register? Maybe someone can be scheduled as a floater that can help be a backup at the 2nd register for walk ups when busy , but assigned side task during slower times? Also, horribly lound ringing noise coming from the meat department all day, everyday intermittently?

Doesn’t seem to matter what time of day I call this pharmacy no one answers there is no voicemail it just says to call right back. You do that and still no answer I have been calling since 10 am and cannot get ahold of anyone. Talked to customer care and he says someone is working on it however it has been on going for months. Please get this fixed ..

The best pharmacy I've been to so far. The lines are long, but my meds are always done when I arrive. A friendly and professional team of pharmacists and technicians

Often Rx not ready on time, but the communication is worse. If running late they almost never follow up and even when it's ready the automated system doesn't send notification.
