Be ready to wait for five hours, miss work, and not be able to get more than one small thing done at a time. I have a lump in my breast they won’t even look at when I’m just here to drop a urine sample. Quest could do this in five minutes but Planned Parenthood will degrade an entire waiting room of people for hours just to get nothing done. Hate this place and I’ve been coming for years it’s only gotten worse.
- MMMii MiiJan 1, 20265.0Im not sure how there's negative reviews. They are some what old I suppose. I had an apt at 10am i arrived 30 mins early and the lady was very thankful and very welcoming. I was dreading having to be here 5-8 hours. I was almost instantly called back. Saw one great person after the next. They really treated me with a lot of care. They didn't hassle me about birth control. As I went in each room (3 total) I just let the next person know I'd be doing my own thing and nobody tried to pressure me. I was there for a total of 2 hours max if that. They are a great and caring establishment and I was low key scared about the reviews. I never felt judged or looked down on. They took really good care of me and the other women around me. Thank yoi very much everybody! 🥰

From the people I spoke to on the phone, the people at the front desk, the assistants, the nurse practitioners, anesthetist, doctors. I have never been in a place where so many strangers provided so much kindness, empathy, support, warmth and compassion. There was not a moment where I didn't feel safe, comfortable and cared for. I can understand how people are upset about the long wait but at the same time this place offers a care that is unparalleled and unobtainable in many/most places in the country. That level of service and compassion takes time and resources. I am so grateful that this place exists for those who need it the most.
