  I here recently regarding my IUD. The staff is knowledgeable, respectful, and kind. The facility is clean and well-maintained. There's obviously a lot of thought and care put into people's experience here, every step of the way. I was even able be seen the same day I made the appointment (which has never happened for me with any healthcare clinic.) They made what could have been an otherwise uncomfortable encounter both pleasant and informative, and I am very thankful for it.

  Had an A+ experience getting an IUD here. They talked me through it, gave me several pain management options, made me feel safe & comfortable, and were quick and efficient with the procedure. Also had some financial assistance options as well as billing my insurance. The staff were very friendly and capable. Thanks Planned Parenthood!

  What was suppose to be an exciting moment for us never happened because the staff is very unprofessional and inattentive. I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early and yet was never seen. I was scheduled for 10:20am and due to their negligence they took it upon themselves to change it to 11pm. After waiting for about an hour they finally call us back to wait for another 30 mins. At this point I’m fed up, I asked if anyone is coming to help bc I’m ready to go. The manager says I’m still gonna have to wait. On the way out, I see the receptionist who “checked us in” I let her know she was very unprofessional and unhelpful for making us wait 2 hours. She then calls the security on me while she’s behind a big pixie glass. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

  The people here were so incredibly sweet, funny, and professional but not in an uptight way i know when i walk into a place and see alt people and other very diverse people im in a safe space. Granted its portland but i had such a lovely time despite yk....possible tumor diagnosis but i had a great time here and i will recommend this location double over also i was attended to immediately my apt was at 12:10 i got there at 1145 and was serviced thrn and there

  I am highly disappointed and upset with the care I received at this Planned Parenthood location. I felt completely ignored and uncared for throughout my visit. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 PM, yet by 3:20 PM I still hadn’t been seen and was left waiting in the room for an ultrasound for well over half an hour with no communication or updates from the staff. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Dr. Kaitlin Black was supposed to provide care for me, but there was absolutely no effort made to communicate the delay or acknowledge my presence. I was left feeling frustrated, dismissed, and like my time and well-being did not matter. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly discourage anyone from visiting this particular clinic based on how poorly I was treated.
