Explained my options clearly and went above and beyond with contacting my primary healthcare provider for my bloodwork to ensure no issues would occur with medications. I highly recommend this planned Parenthood to anyone.

There's obviously a lot of thought and care put into people's experience here, every step of the way. I was even able be seen the same day I made the appointment (which has never happened for me with any healthcare clinic.) They made what could have been an otherwise uncomfortable encounter both pleasant and informative, and I am very thankful for it.

They talked me through it, gave me several pain management options, made me feel safe & comfortable, and were quick and efficient with the procedure. Also had some financial assistance options as well as billing my insurance. The staff were very friendly and capable. Thanks Planned Parenthood!

I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early and yet was never seen. I was scheduled for 10:20am and due to their negligence they took it upon themselves to change it to 11pm. After waiting for about an hour they finally call us back to wait for another 30 mins. At this point I’m fed up, I asked if anyone is coming to help bc I’m ready to go. The manager says I’m still gonna have to wait. On the way out, I see the receptionist who “checked us in” I let her know she was very unprofessional and unhelpful for making us wait 2 hours. She then calls the security on me while she’s behind a big pixie glass. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
