To no surprise, it seems like there’s been an extreme drop in quality based on these reviews over the last few months, which is exactly my experience with this clinic.
My therapist was fantastic, so it’s unfortunate I’ve got to part ways. This company is borderline predatory with its no-show charges. Even worse, I’d say, is the administration. Every phone call is just an unpleasant mess and usually ends up with them redirecting you to another terrible app just to draft another message, which includes prescriptions. You literally tell them what you need, and as long as you have an appointment booked every three weeks, they’ll only then forward your request to your therapist/doctor.
I would highly recommend avoiding this place for the time being until these issues are corrected.

I honestly don’t know where to start. I started seeing a provider who I will not name this year in May. I will use “they” to refer to this one provide.
I was immediately diagnosed within one appointment with bipolar disorder. I was put on a medication the same day as the appointment. Within two months of taking that medication I experienced so many physical side effects. I ended up going to the ER and tapering off the medication.
Within doing research of this medication, it had a huge list of side effects that were not disclosed to me. Granite, I could’ve done my research so I won’t blame that on them.
However, while tapering off this medication, I felt no support through it. I paid so much money to do Zoom meetings with this person, and I felt completely rushed during them. The zoom Meetings are supposed to be 30 minutes long and at most me and them stayed on zoom for 5 to 10 minutes per meeting. My provider would constantly forget about things I’ve told them from our previous meetings. It’s like they didn’t even listen to anything I said.
Also, during one meeting with my provider at the end of that meeting, we were scheduling our next meeting and she’s scheduled it for a Saturday of the following week. Which would’ve made me think we had no appointments that week except for the one that we were booking on that meeting. I got $185 bill the next couple days for a missed appointment. I was confused because I went to that Saturday meeting and looked at it to find out that I had an appointment already scheduled that we booked three weeks prior. I find it weird that she would’ve not mentioned that we had an upcoming appointment that Friday and that we didn’t need to schedule 2 appointments for one week. It was my fault for forgetting, however, I wish she would have mentioned that.
Also to add on, I asked for a refill for my medication that I ran out of and they took their time getting me that refill. Let me remind you the medication I was taking you are not supposed to cold turkey off of it unless deemed a medical emergency. I would’ve 100% ran out of medication If I would’ve not went to my urgent care doctor and ask for an extra bottle.

Karen Schaaf helped me to be diagnosed with A.D.D. She helped me to gain access to resources and books. She assisted me in navigating my new life and helping me understand my I am the way I am. I was disappointed, however when she was a no show for my last appointment with her.

On two separate occasions, on the same day of my initial appointment I was told I needed to reschedule my ONLINE APPOINTMENT because the doctor was unavailable. The hypocrisy is palpable. If I did this the same thing this place did, I would be out hundreds of dollars. I don't recommend, you get brushed off and will be making constant appointments with this place promising you things it cannot uphold. Look elsewhere.

After scheduling an appointment, I filled out the forms that were immediately requested. I was later asked to fill out more forms. And more forms. Often times the forms included questions that I had already provided answers for. The last round of paperwork was 44 pages long of information that I had already provided, then after waiting 10 minutes for my appointment to start, the meeting was abruptly canceled because intake paperwork was not completed.
This company really needs to provide all of the forms at one time with indications showing once it is completed, or what is needed, rather than resending all of the forms that take nearly an hour to complete, and leave you guessing as to whether you have completed them.
