I did have to wait a long time (like usual) but they provided bottles of water which was nice! Very good experience! Highly recommend!

However, I have encountered significant difficulty when attempting to schedule these appointments over the phone. The calls often result in being placed on long holds or being disconnected entirely. While I understand that the office may be busy, better phone coverage is necessary if scheduling is the only available option.

The entire staff, especially the kind nurse assistants, made me feel supported throughout my visit. When I arrived, there was a long line, but I quickly checked in at the front desk and went back to my car to fill out the paperwork online. Surprisingly, I was called back shortly after, and Brian was incredibly friendly, engaging in great conversation that put me at ease. For the second part of my appointment, Savannah assisted me, and she was also very kind and approachable. Overall, I rate my experience a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend this facility! 💜
