They don’t answer their phone, it’s almost impossible to find out the status of the medication unless you actually go in and wait half an hour to talk with someone. The ladies behind the counter are unpleasant, except for one or two and it is obvious they don’t like their job. They do appear to be overwhelmed, but don’t take it out on the customer who pays for your employment. For the most part the pharmacist is the only pleasant and helpful ones. I’m really sorry my insurance only deals with Safeway those I would take my business elsewhere.

When I was on a certain medication they were the ONLY other pharmacy in town that actually carried it & that would take my insurance (unlike the other place who wanted cash up front & than after would take my insurance info...) whenever I need a pharmacy, I choose Safeway pharmacy!! And if you need any help or explanations the Dr's or assistance are always ready and willing to help explain it.
