Shannon goes above and beyond my expectation every single time. She is extremely knowledgeable about every medication and spends as much time as needed explaining everything from contraindications to side effects and I walk away feeling like no question remains unanswered. She has gone so far as to explain things that my doctor didn't, and these things were not minor. This pharmacist is an incredible asset to Safeway Pharmacy to such an extent that words fall short!
