I was routed to the call center to make my appointment, and they completely misinformed me on everything from taking my insurance to the exam process, everything. When I started my appointment and learned how wrong the call center was I wanted to walk out in frustration, but Rashelle changed my mind. She was Absolutely Amazing! She is Knowledgeable, understanding, kind, and went out of her way to turn my experience around. I walked out the same day with new glasses that I absolutely love at a great price. She made me feel like I was the only customer in the store and went out of her way to provide outstanding customer service. I will definitely return thanks to her.
