- CWCrimson WaterfallSep 10, 20255.0Went there for an IUD, very nervous etc. I ended up being slightly late for the appointment (There is a 10 min grace period) due to complications with parking, the front desk did everything they could to take me in and we're so nice to interact with. They ended up getting me a later appointment. The nurses were cordial and nice, the doctor who gave me the IUD was very hospitable. Overall a very positive experience. The doctor was very experienced as well. They even provided me a juice box after the procedure and checked in on me a bunch to make aure i was all good to go (sometimes you can experience dizziness or fainting, etc). I come from a little over an hour away and my experiences with other doctors have definitely been less pleasant. They were attentive, caring, hospitable, and kind during a very vulnerable time.
