- CCChiche ConcepcionNov 7, 20251.0Dr Winters treats you like an object or subhuman. My first time meeting him. He Walks in, doesn’t introduce himself at all. Is in the corner texting, not making eye contact in the operating room or saying anything. I had no idea he was even my Dr at first. Im then knocked out and after i wake up he comes into my room and says “your colon is XYZ” and then leaves immediately. I have to get the staff to track him down to try to bring him back into the room to ask questions, but he doesn’t even come back. You literally just stuck a camera into my body while i was under anesthesia. Im not asking you to buy me dinner but damn, at least treat me like im human. The rest of the staff at the surgery center are incredibly kind. But i will never go back to Dr Winters.

- NTNush TaylorSep 10, 20251.0Office staff is so rude. I called to pay a bill and I think her name was Amber answered the phone and I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional and rude. I was kind and just wanted to pay the bill and she kept taking long pauses and I would have to say “Hello” to see if she was still there and she would say “what” with a bunch of attitude. I don’t get why I was treated so poorly all I wanted to do was ask a question and pay my bill and give my card info to her. I hear the place is backed up for appointments and always busy. Well that doesn’t mean your staff can be grumpy and treat people like crap! She should find a different job.

I paid my patient balance in full. They keep harassing me to pay it again. They are very unorganized and need a massive overhaul because this is unprofessional. Get it together please.

Rude, unfriendly, grouchy, dirty looks, annoyed to have to be doing their job. No knowledge of the meds I'm on. I have zero faith in these people, will be going to Portland for treatment.
