However, my experience with the staff and the provider, Colette Davis, have been overwhelmingly positive. Her treatment led to a remission of symptoms for the first time in 10 years!

So helpful, understanding and easy to converse with. Each time I've been in I am treated with respect and kindness. It is worth the hour and a half drive from Mt Shasta.
- CSCasey scottDec 29, 20251.0I waited a really long time only to get medically gaslighted by a PA who didn’t listen to a word I said. I have absolutely no faith in this clinic. Maybe there are good doctors here but it’s not worth waiting a year to find out. This clinic does not care about its patients because if they did they wouldn’t be closed on Friday’s. This is the only Gastro from Redding to Eugene. This place is incredibly disappointing. The lady who scheduled my colonoscopy was ridiculous. Rude, short and completely dismissive along with my PA Courtney. Ive been incredibly sick for months I am pissed at how crappy this place is. I canceled everything and we to Portland. It was well worth it. If you’re struggling do not think this place can help you. They probably can’t and the wait will be very long, if you’re having issues try Eugene or Portland. It worked out well for me, it can for you too.
- CCChiche ConcepcionNov 7, 20251.0Dr Winters treats you like an object or subhuman. My first time meeting him. He Walks in, doesn’t introduce himself at all. Is in the corner texting, not making eye contact in the operating room or saying anything. I had no idea he was even my Dr at first. Im then knocked out and after i wake up he comes into my room and says “your colon is XYZ” and then leaves immediately. I have to get the staff to track him down to try to bring him back into the room to ask questions, but he doesn’t even come back. You literally just stuck a camera into my body while i was under anesthesia. Im not asking you to buy me dinner but damn, at least treat me like im human. The rest of the staff at the surgery center are incredibly kind. But i will never go back to Dr Winters.
