This place really needs to work on time management, don’t tell people there meds will be done one day then the next day go in and there still not done tell us to wait 15 minutes then 30 minutes go by and they haven’t even started putting them together. I understand being busy but at the end of the day you can only use the excuse of being busy and short staffed so many times.

Let me start with I don’t leave many bad reviews. Check my previous. I love leaving good google reviews for places not bad ones. However this needs dealt with. The pharmacist is rude. I don’t care about the wait. I understand they are understaffed. But you don’t need to be rude and it seems to be a pattern. I have a child with mcadd. Everyone living with her and herself need to get the flu vaccine. When she gets sick it messes with her blood sugar and she ends up hospitalized. So every year we go to Safeway on a weekend, incase one of my 5 kids don’t feel well after and they don’t have to miss school, and get our vaccine. Everything is online these days. I got my yearly text from Safeway with the link to make appointments so I did. For today (Saturday) I got me and my oldest 3 in for appointments starting at 11 however next appointments weren’t till much later in the day so I called and asked if we could squeeze in my youngest two cuz I like to knock them all out at once and be don’t. Lady was very kind and said absolutely it would be no problem and she would put it in the notes that I would have my two younger ones also be getting vaccinated that day. So I wake up this morning and I decided I want to get there a little bit early because I know I’m gonna have to do paperwork at least for the younger two we get there maybe 30 minutes early and there’s only two people in line ahead of us and there are two people helping them and then the pharmacist in the back it doesn’t take long at all. They’re super friendly they try to help but my TRICARE is being a pain and people around here tend to not know how to use it which is fine and understandable so as I’m trying to work, everything out, the pharmacist inevitably comes to talk to me and she is very rude and says we’re not gonna be able to do this today because we can’t get a hold of your insurance to verify that you have it I said I have insurance. I’m not sure what’s going on. Maybe the information is correct and I’m trying to work it out with her and she said well I don’t know what to tell you in a very rude way and I said OK. So I verify my children’s names and birthdays because something isn’t adding up as some of the TRICARE is working for some of us, but it isn’t working for everyone and we find out that the names and birthdays got switched. I have five kids it happens that’s on me. Absolutely my fault but then she goes on to say in a rude way that we won’t be getting the younger two done today because there’s only one of her and they don’t even do young children, but when I went on the site, it said three and older, not nine and older and when I called to make sure that the younger two could go in, they never stated that it was for nine and older and she rudely mentioned well you didn’t talk to me you talk to someone else and I said well that’s because usually the pharmacist don’t answer the phone as they’re busy helping other people, but that’s not my fault. The entire situation could’ve been dealt with in such a easier way on both of our parts. I will admit I got hotheaded because of the way she came at me however the way she handled the entire thing in front of my kids was absolutely appalling. I understand that they’re understaffed and she needs help but don’t take it out on the single mom with five kids dressed up for downtown Trick-or-treat.
