I like this Safeway location. The prices are kinda high on most items, but if you get the shopper's card, you can stumble across some ridiculous deals. Plus, it seems to not be super crowded ever. Not sure if that should be taken as a bad sign, but for those times when I don't want to deal with somewhat rowdy shoppers (I'm looking at you, WinCo), this place is perfect.
