- NSNW Sights5 days ago2.0They advertise walk in availability anytime during their business hours I came in here for a employer physical at 2pm and a drug test to be told they're fully booked for walk ins and apparently now have imaginary time slots that I have never heard of all the times going to other concentra locations... Meanwhile they had two people sitting in the lobby and that's fully booked? Time slots aren't posted or mentioned anywhere that I have seen, not on their door, website, Google, anywhere?

- UUUknownDec 25, 20251.0The waiting time is very long. I came in early and was still taken back late. Everytime they are late. People who walked in after me were taken into rooms first. The staff here aren’t able to complete blood draws. Never had this problem in different medical places. The medical assistant took me back and then dropped the capped needle on the floor picked up and used to inject me and also has ripped gloves when she inserted the needle to draw blood.

Wasn’t happy about people coming in after me getting to go before me even when I asked if I was forgotten about I was told I was next and four more people ended up still going in before me!! I waited for over an hour for a drug test! When I asked the technician about it said that mixed up the paperwork and that it was funny, which really ticked me off!!! Should have given one star but the receptionist was nice
