Made me pee in a cup twice for a drug test. Which BTW was the purpose of my visit. Insanely disorganized. No apologies. Thought I would never escape. The nine circles of hell was activated that day. Literally went from lobby to exam room like five times. No mercy. Wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemy.

When pulled back for a blood draw, they hadn’t cleaned up the tubing from the patient before me, nor did they sanitize anything before I entered. When she was done with the blood draw she tried to send me on my way, and I asked her about my drug screening(urine analysis). She said I wasn’t checked in for that(when I was) so I asked her to look again, she appeared frustrated with my request, but then upon looking again she realized I indeed was checked in for that as well. She didn't give any other instructions other than “I need it at least half full”. Knowing in the past for drug screens they don’t like you flushing the toilet, so I had to ask to be sure what all I need is I do so I wouldn’t have to redo anything. Infection prevention is a big thing as I work in the medical profession. And giving patients proper information is also important, you can’t just assume people are aware or know the instructions/policy of things. I wouldn’t go back to this location again. I’m adding and changing my stars for my review, as the doctor called me today to go over my results. I had to call back. The person working the desk answered. I told her I was returning the doctors call for my results. Before she put me on hold to talk to the doctor, she DIDN’T ask me for my name and DOB. When she got back on the line she gave me the Results and what the doctor wanted me to do, and gave them to me WITH OUT asking for my name and DOB. I will be letting my employer know the issues I’ve had with this location as they are the ones requesting the treatment for being a new employee!
