Very frustrating getting there at least 10 minutes prior to them closing for lunch, with only one person ahead of me, who is already being helped. Three people working behind the counter. Only for them to shut the gates, before even finishing helping the person, and telling me they can't sign out any more prescriptions. Pretty lame if you ask me.
Upon looking at other reviews, I'm not the only to have complained about their poor customer service skills. (Will be looking into transferring our prescriptions else where after this.)
