Got “computer issues” lip service and told to try again. Called and was given the same excuse. Was told to have my Dr. send a new prescription. I did. Returned on a Saturday (five days after dropping off empty meds) and was told the prescription would be ready by Wednesday. Got a text from Safeway saying the meds were ready. Went in and started back at square one. All I can say is: “I get the message”! Time to move on.
