Very disorganized and some there are unprofessional. I transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I’m waiting for close to a month for a refill that my doctor has authorized twice now but safeway has no record of that not to mention the person on the phone said it was highly unlikely they made a mistake then tell me that I need to be calling my doctors office to straighten it out. Not to mention on 2 occasions I saw them give the wrong prescription and run out after the person to let them know.

im haven't had many problems with the TV highway Pharamcy most of the time the staff is courteous and since we have several family member who require daily medication. this is our go to but recently the one things that has been a low point is the lack of accuracy on the closing times on the weekends which on here clearly states 5pm im writing this at ~ 4:35pm after calling multiple time and confirm with customer service at safeway that their shutters are down. i can understand that maybe a slow day equals a earlier clockout in some business. but when people work on the weekends and can only make it during the last 30 minutes of opening and you are already close... there needs to be a change. adding a suggested time change to the pharmacy to 4:30pm instead of 5. be accuracte so we the public can.

There were 2 of us ladies that had 1:00pm appointments. What you did not know was this person brought all of her employees to get vaccinated too. This person didn't tell Safeway personell that she had 22 people that received their vaccination ahead of our appointment! I'm very angry at what happened to both of us. I'm so angry that I don't even want to purchase any more at any Safeway Store in Hillsboro, Oregon. Their are other stores that sell the same items that you sell in Hillsboro, Oregon. I want to make a suggestion that the salesperson at he desk for picking up prescriptions and directs us to the waiting room when we need a vaccination or an examination that Your personell opens the door for this person and his or her companion to enter and She or He also closes the door after we are inside the waiting room. Please make the person that takes our information at the sign in go to the door and opens it for us and then he or she closes the door after us.
