  I saw Dr. Pham 3 times & had a great experience with each visit. He really takes the time to evaluate you & explain things & does not try to rush you out the door, even when I had two of my appointments scheduled about an hour before they close. He also does not try to push you to have additional procedures done if they are not absolutely necessary for your specific condition. I was a nervous wreck during my first visit, but he was very reassuring & encouraging & still operated on me despite the fact that I was shaking on the exam table. During the last two visits, I was much calmer since I knew what to expect. All of the procedures went well. These people work long hours, & I am really grateful that they are here. I highly recommend this place & would not hesitate to see him again for any other dental related issues in the future.

  NOT ONLY FOR EMERGENCIES My wife and I have our teeth taken care of in two of the five locations. It's just very convenient to be able to have your teeth cleaned or fillings worked on during the weekends without having to conflict with our busy schedules and most locations open 365 days a year. Since 2014 Dr. Thomas Pham DMD has helped us. He explains the situation very concisely before and after every treatment and he's always cautious trying to AVOID DISCOMFORT. In his staff, Josh was also very communicative and PROFESSIONAL. PRICES are very REASONABLE: Even though my last visit was not my first, I had not been to a dentist in quite a long time and they took some X-Rays and performed a regular cleaning. For the whole thing I ended up being charged $317, which was entirely covered by insurance and they had all this information on file. Although I haven't had an EMERGENCY yet, while I was waiting in the lobby, someone walked in asking for help and after a brief evaluation he got an appointment for 5 hours later the same day. They have magazines and a TV was playing "Avengers" which is not bad. Having free Wi-fi could make the wait more pleasant but I only waited a few minutes. You may ask: "If they're so good, why didn't you give them 5 stars?". And my reply would be another question: "When was the last time you had a painless visit to a dentist?" ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ #ruizmedina⭐️

  I had the best care. Everyone was attentive and I didn't feel like I was being rushed between patients. They went over the costs before anything so I knew what to expect. And Dr. Pham is very nice and makes you feel comfortable. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

  I lost a crown and had plans to leave town on vacation so I was hoping to be able to get it fixed quickly. Emergency Tooth Doctor in Hillsboro was able to get me and re-seated the crown. I was paying "out of pocket" and was given a print out of all costs before any work was performed. I am very happy with the work and the price. I would use their services in the future and would recommend to friends.

  This place is a sham. I called in to schedule my husband's appointment for an extraction on a broken tooth. I specifically asked if they would expect payment up front from us since as we are tight on money. The registration guy told us no, that they would bill insurance and then bill us. Great I made the appointment. When we got to the clinic my husband started filling out the paperwork. I'm the subscriber of the plan (entered on the paperwork) and the dental assistant got snappy after saying that she couldn't find him because she was trying to put him in as the subscriber. (Read the paperwork). My husband got sent back, after about 20 min the dental assistant comes to get me because apparently we need to pay 120 right at that second while he is on the chair. I was upset because this is not what I was told, my husnband's tooth needed to be pulled it was broken and causing pain.. I did lose my control for a bit and yelled at them. All the dental assistant told me was that the doctor would come out to talk to me. He never did. Now today, I receive my EOB from my insurance company, out of pocket for us was $69.60. How the hell did they decide I needed to pay 120?
