During my exam, one of the staff members told me that my eye pressure was “over 30,” that the machine couldn’t even read it, and that I needed to see a surgeon immediately or I would go blind within a year due to glaucoma. This scared me into buying two pairs of glasses for $79. Because I was so worried, I went to a licensed eye specialist for a second opinion on 82nd and Stark. They confirmed that my eye pressure was completely normal and that I do not have glaucoma. They also told me the glasses I was sold were not prescription lenses at all — just generic glasses. I am very disappointed and concerned that this business would make alarming medical claims and sell unnecessary products. I would not recommend this place to others They’re just trying to sell you into buying glasses.

I had trouble finding smaller adult-sized frames, but Stanton had some. I had to come.back because I had some minor issues with the lenses and my eyes adjusting to them, and Al took good care of me and offered a loaner pair to try out. Overall, very satisfied and glad I visited Stanton!
