- AHalex hDec 13, 20252.0This place is so unprofessional and weird. While we were in the waiting room, all the employees were arguing with each other and playing some kind of blame game. There was one older woman in particular who was too loud, condescending and bitching at this younger girl. It was so unnecessary. The doctor was in a room nearby and didn’t say a word about it. I work in customer service and I just cannot fathom acting like that. I also can’t fathom being spoken to that way at my job. I wanted to defend her but my son needed to finish his appointment without me causing a scene. At least the services are cheap. I don’t think we will come back though. I honestly don’t want to support a place with a hostile work environment if I don’t have to. One extra star for the doctor coming out and helping with some confusing PD readings in a format I wasn’t used to. He was helpful.
- KCKorinnah CookNov 23, 20251.0Came here for an exam, before the front desk lady started the exam I explained that I have a weak eye muscle in right eye that causes pressure and blurry vision, she then said “oh I’m not a doctor.” There’s absolutely no doctor there?!? She told me well do the exam anyways and get a prescription if it’s wrong they’ll replace them, as we’re doing the exam she had to flash my eyes 15 times because she couldn’t get the picture right, as I’m doing my exam someone walks in and she told me go look at the glasses while she talks to the other person, 5 minutes later other person is leaving and she tells me, “thank god you walked over I didn’t wanna do another exam.” I immediately felt uncomfortable. She then took me to the other room and I told her I don’t want to proceed with the exam and walked out. This place has no doctor on site and it’s an uncomfortable place to be at. Don’t recommend.

They are kind, understanding, helpful, caring, and will do everything they can to make your purchase, and experience memorable. The owner will make sure to give you the best deal possible, they're products are excellent and have a very good selection. And they keep they're word when they tell you something. What a wonderful place to spend your money they make it so worth it! I will be recommending this place to my family and friends for sure, thank you Stanton optical for getting me taken care of and letting me get the glasses since I broke the ones I had at work. You guys are amazing!
