  I hadn’t been to the dentist in 5 years because of dental anxiety and the fear of the unknown of my teeth.. The wonderful Amy Wilkinson is the only reason I stepped foot inside a dental office! And I tell you it was actually THE best experience I’ve ever had in a dental office. The staff were so beyond amazing and friendly. My hygienist Becki was so sweet and gentle with me and made me so comfortable In the chair. And Amy was with me most of my visit and made me so much more relaxed and comfortable with my visit and treated me so well. She did my xrays and went over my visit with me at the end and everything actually went beyond what I expected. Would highly recommend this dental office especially if you’re someone like me that has dental anxiety this place is exactly where you want to be and thanks again Amy for getting me in there! Will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends and family!!

  This is a mixed bag much like all dental offices. I went here for about 3 yrs and for the most part, it was fine. My first visit and procedure was to replace a very old crown. I saw Dr. Bailey and while he was quick and efficient, I ended up with bruising and small lacerations from him not paying attention. Also, his assistant stuck her finger in my mouth to hold down my tongue - while the dentist was prepping my tooth. Um, nope. I told her not to do that again. I saw 2 other dentists, who were great but my last visit was completely unacceptable. I arrived on time and was taken back to a room. I went in to dicuss some front tooth filling replacements and the assistant wasn't sure if we needed trays. She left to ask the dentist with whom I had the appt, came back and said no x-rays and that the dentist would be in shortly. Almost 30 min later, having been left in the exam room with no update or the dentist coming in, I got up to see what the hold up was. As I walked by one of the exam rooms, I saw the dentist I was supposed to see, in with another patient, fully involved in a procedure. Clearly, my appt was not a priority. I told the front office I was leaving and why. They asked if I wanted to reschedule..... No one apologized. I called to get my records sent to another dental office and told the person on the phone why. Again, no apologies. I guess they have enough business as it is.

  I’m really disappointed with my experience here, specifically around billing transparency. I had a crown prep completed last year and came in this January for the permanent crown. I was charged an additional $50 due to the new insurance deductible year — which I understand insurance-wise — but this office prominently advertises a price guarantee stating: “If we quote you a price, you don’t pay more than that amount — we guarantee it.” At no point was I informed that the final cost could increase due to a new calendar year, despite this being a continuation of the same treatment. Being surprised with an extra charge at checkout directly contradicts the guarantee posted in the office. This isn’t about the $50 — it’s about trust and transparency. If there are exceptions to a “guarantee,” they should be clearly disclosed up front. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling misled, and I’ll be looking for a new dentist as a result. I want to update my original review. After I posted it, the office reached out to apologize for the confusion and refunded the $50 charge, which I do appreciate.   The experience was great from the first phone call to get in as a new patient. They got me in quickly, the Dentist and the hygienist's were great with a good attitude and made me feel comfortable. I like how they are up front about pricing. There are no surprise fees. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

  Today was my third appointment. I love the people and doctors. They are so nice respectful and treat patients with dignity. UNFORTUNATELY , today I came across one bad apple of the bunch. Her name is Alex. It was obvious that she wanted nothing to do with helping me. I had several questions and she literally had her guard up. Her body stiffened and straightened up. Speaking to me very rudely. Her colleagues noticed and apologized for her behavior. I don’t know what it was about me she didn’t like but she didn’t keep her feelings in. My nurse said she’ll make sure I don’t get her again.
