This pharmacy is impossible to get ahold of by phone. You can’t leave a message. When you try to refill a prescription filled they tell you the time it will be ready, when you arrive it won’t be ready and sometimes have to wait for as much as 4 days to get it. This is incredibly hard for people who only get 30 day supply, because after that, missing days mean awful withdrawal symptoms. This pharmacy is unfortunately the only one near the university that carries the meds needed. It’s awful.

Don't bother. They don't open on time, they take 3 or 4 days to fill prescriptions, they notify you your order is ready, you'll wait 45 minutes in line and it isn't ready. The lady at the drop off, dark hair ( Rachel or Raquel) is extremely rude. The line is always long. It's a mess.

They never answer their phone. They don't take messages. You have to literally drive there and talk to someone in person, just to see if they actually got the script from your provider. And then, you often find out that they did not get the script. The place is inefficient and a waste of your time. And the AI auto response to google reviews is a case in point.

Smaller pharmacy didn't have my prescription available so I tried calling Albertsons. It would ring for a short period then go to a voicemail where you were unable to leave a message and it told you to call back. Tried this 10 times then decided to take my business elsewhere. It's wild that a corporation this large doesn't have a voicemail box or a phone wait queue so you can give them business. Whomever responds to these reviews is very disingenuous. They can easily pass these reviews on to corporate but instead tell you to contact them. You aren't responding already why do I want to try more to contact you? Why should I make more effort for you to fix your business when you aren't making the effort yourself?

The staff is absolutely amazing and have helped me several times. I recently lost my insurance and they were able to help me afford my medication so I didn't have to stop cold turkey. Absolute rockstars. I think they're understaffed and they're doing the best they can, so hopefully customers can learn some patience.
