I needed to pick up a prescription for my partner. I got told it was going to be ready "in a couple hours" yesterday. I drove here from Silverton to pick it up today and then I get told again that it's going to be "a couple hours" before it's ready. So I sign up for text alerts and sit by my phone waiting. I don't get any alerts after a couple hours so I try to call 7 or 8 times with no answer over the space of an hour or so. Lo and behold, the prescription was ready, and there was like 2 customers there. Didn't get a text about it! No one ever picked up the phone! But they can sure get a message that my partner is pissed at them at the front desk. I understand you guys are busy because of the rite aid stuff but can we staff a few more people or actually work on the prescriptions when people call about them? Or make sure the text alerts actually work? How about you don't take on more than you can handle? Maybe then people won't flip out on on you because they've been dealing with pharmacies all week trying to get their medication. I'm sick and tired of having to call multiple times to get my prescriptions filled.

This pharmacy is the best one I've been using in a long long time. Very professional and never skip a beat.
