Had to pick up a prescription of antibiotics sent from the ER, when I arrived they had no record of the prescription even though the ER had confirmed it the previous day. The staff were helpful but the pharmacist was incredibly hostile and dismissive when I questioned how I could get the prescription, and when I called the ER it took me putting them on speakerphone with the pharmacist and them forcing him to pick up the pharmacy phone to get it filled, and then I still had to wait an hour for it to be ready after all of that. Genuinely the worst pharmacy experience of my whole life thanks

absolutely awful I've been waiting weeks for my medication, they dont answer their phone or have an answering machine to even leave a message. I will definitely be switching pharmacies and recommend that everyone else does too because this is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Location will not answer their phones during business hours. I have tried calling 10-20 times daily over the past several days. I need to have a refill phoned in and I don't have the prescription number so it's just a simple 30 second call to make the request. Now I need to drive in and make the request. Follow up - I called customer service after being unable to reach the pharmacist. Customer service indicated there was only one pharmacist on staff and one cashier. I took 30 minutes out to drive to and from Safeway. There were three pharmacists working and one cashier. Extremely poor service.

Horrid experience! No privacy. Loud pharmacist. Obviously they don’t have enough staff. Filthy counters.
