This pharmacy is the absolute worst I've ever been to in regards to customer service. They are rude, belittling, demeaning, and unprofessional. They knew I called corporate due to an issue in the past and again they mocked me for calling corporate and told me to call again but nothing would happen. Their text messages saying that prescriptions are ready to be picked up or not accurate when you get to the store. And when you ask to check your phone or ask where your prescription is they get aggressive and say either you pay for the prescription full price or get out of line. The woman that I was referred to to discuss the prescription that I thought I had to pick up waved at me and said bye-bye. Have a great day. You can go now. I need to help the person behind you. That's it. That's all the information I have for you. She won't answer questions so that I can gather more information to figure out what I need to do next. When I brought up I didn't appreciate the way she talked to me. She said what I just told you to. Have a great day. She knew she was being sarcastic and unkind and of course the pharmacist supported her saying that I needed to move so she can help someone behind me. There was no one in line when I got up there. I had been up there for less than 5 minutes. I don't understand why I cannot have my questions address and have to sit in the car and call corporate. I switched pharmacies today
