1 star reviewers, please know that after 15 years a customer it is clear that these fine people are overworked & understaffed. They are doing the absolute best they can. Their extended grace under extreme pressure is difficult at best. It is not easy to serve so many customers at the same time. We know them well. They are Rock Stars…every one of them. Thanks for reading, Richard & Ruthann Bacon

Pharmacy rarely answers the phone, medications getting filed in a timely manner is hit or miss, and the lines are almost always long. Staff is nice and helpful, but the place is very poorly run. With Bend Oregon have a retired population of around 25% and the store being on the most affluent side of town, meaning lots of old and young folks are getting medications (because of good access to healthcare), I don't understand why the pharmacy tries to server as many folks as possible with the smallest staff they can get away with. There is also a University across the street. The demand in the area is so high, I just don't understand why they will not add staff.
