- LRLucy RamirezDec 31, 20251.0I’ve waited over a week for my prescription because first the wrong doctor was contacted for a refill and when that was corrected the wrong prescription was then requested. I’m now out of my prescription and will not have it for two more days. I can understand a mistake but this has happened twice in the past and is very frustrating.To update I still have not received the medication I originally requested on 12/23. I called today to confirm it was ready as I was told it would come in yesterday, the person that answered said it had not been ordered yet!!

The staff is nice when you interact with them but if we dont come in to ask for a prescription to be filled even if it was sent days ago, it just sits there. We never get text or call notifications either if our prescriptions are ready even acter signing up for it. Very frustrating.
