  Staff is always friendly and recognizes me even after I’ve moved from the neighborhood and gone to 90 day refills. They are always very busy but take the time time to smile , say hello and let you know they recognize you. That’s nice.

  WARNING: Do NOT use if you need to get confirmation of prescriptions, need to speak to anyone in the pharmacy (THEY LITERALLY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!), need scripts filled promptly or at all, or need life-sustaining prescriptions. The ONLY thing the automated system is capable of is sending REPEATED MARKETING attempts despite opting out repeatedly. I am ending all business with this pharmacy immediately. As someone who has been to medical school and worked in clinical medicine for years, if you can't answer phones or have a functioning refill/automated system--YOU ARE DOING HARM TO PATIENTS WHO RELY ON YOU--and you should close the business. These aren't heads of lettuce, folks, this is the health of many patients. No excuse for this negligence with a corporation with as much monopoly and wealth as they have. I will be following up with the state board to file a complaint and advise them of the routine negligence. You can, too. Just search for Oregon Pharmacy Board complaint.

  When I arrived for my vaccines, the assistant at the counter said I couldn't get the Covid Vax even though I had my doctor's prescription because I wasn't 65. She then quite rudely demanded to know what my underlying condition was that qualified me... and when I told her, declared those weren't eligible (despite being on the CDC list). The pharmacist made a phone call to someone, then told me I could have the vaccine. The assistant huffed indignantly and said, "I guess we can just give it to anyone then!" I cannot believe how hostile and rude she was. I've been getting my vaccines here for years, but this is the last time. The pharmacist who administered the vaccines was nice, but, wow, the disrespect from the assistant took my breath away.

  They never answer the phone and obviously forward it since it rings maybe twice then says they’re not accepting voicemails. Don’t come here if you have important medication you take daily. Also somehow since my father goes to the same pharmacy they notify HIM instead of me for my prescription status I’m assuming because of the last name. I asked them to change it and was told it’s not possible that my prescription status was being sent to my father if I did not input that information myself. Besides the point, it’s probably worth driving the extra 5 minutes down the road to Rite Aid since my area has the WORST pharmacies (Walgreens Included)

  Pharmacists and pharmacy techs are great. Had 1 issue of a tech being incredibly rude but seems to be better now.
