Thank you to the doctor who performed my IUD removal/insertion! I’ve never handled it well but you supported me like a champ! I appreciate you more than you know!
- BNBreck NevinAug 25, 20254.0The location, cleanliness and ease of scheduling is great with this clinic. I have all positive things to say except for the wait times. Each time I have had an appointment here, I have had to spend 2+ hours there, dedicating my afternoon to a single appointment (even if it's just for a vaccination) I do not blame the staff, as I assume they are understaffed. But the amount of time dedicated to a single appointment is something to be aware of.

- SBSnaky BlackJul 7, 20215.0The wait time was LONG. Don’t bother going in early. I would have waited for only 1 hour if I didn’t go early. That being said, the staff and the doctors are SO NICE. Super understanding, nonjudgemental, help you get in when they know it’s time sensitive, explain everything you want to know to you, it was a super helpful visit. For me the more information I know the more my mind is at peace. I feel so much better after the visit, because I’ve got all the answers and stuff I need.
- SDSheree DonohueMay 13, 20211.0I waited an hour and a half and still wasn’t see by a provider. The nurse was extremely rude and unprofessional, I wish I would’ve gotten her name. You make appointments for a reason, people have jobs and things to do not everyone has time to sit around all day and wait. If the wait times are usually long they should make that known prior to the appointment. I left without being seen by a provider because I had to work, the nurse was extremely snarky about it. I don’t understand why she works in healthcare if she lacks empathy. This is the worst location I have ever been to. I wasted nearly two hours of my time waiting to be seen and I could not wait any longer.
