I needed the urgent care and was told to wait before being asked to do any kind of check in process. So I did for about 40 minutes. Finally when the receptionist was helping me out, he stopped then asked some nurce and we're whispering to each other for a bit then he came back and told me they can't help me and to go to the Providence across the street. That Providence is an imaging center, not an urgent care nor was it on my plans urgent care finder. That's why I came to concentra. I tried to confirm why they can't help me or why they won't if it's at the top of the regence list for my plan and they just stared at me and couldn't even come up with a good excuse. Straight up don't go here if you need urgent care services. They'll treat you like your stupid to not have to add another patient to the schedule. Yikes.
