I recently moved my mom from a different care facility to Brookdale Beaverton. It has been a great move so far. The transition was made easily and quickly with so much appreciated help from staff. Even in this short time, my mom's health is improving and I have been able to spend quality time with her.

TL; DR: They're wonderful, caring people and it was a great move for my mom.
My elderly mom, who has dementia, had to leave assisted living two years ago because she was starting to need an advanced level of care. That place, which I won't name, surprised me by saying "she needs memory care, but we don't have room for her in ours." After I cooled off, I began the search for her new home.
I looked at four places, with Brookdale being the last. I was amazed by the care and concern shown by the then-sales director, Melissa, as well as everyone else I met. (The new sales director, Alethea, is wonderful as well.) The timing was right, the stars aligned, and she was able to get in in short order.
Moving an already confused, vulnerable person from the home they've known for five years was daunting, but the folks at Brookdale just stepped in and took over and it was smooth sailing. She's made friends and been happy and well taken care of, and I couldn't be more pleased with the move to Brookdale.
