I have now purchased several pairs from Connect Hearing Windsor and been treated like a wanted customer. The receptionists have always been pleasant and helpful and the technitions are also pleasant and professional. I will stay a customer as long as I need hearing aids.

The technology cannot give the desired result by itself. I was picky, picky, but their kind patience over a period of two weeks never ended. There was no hard sell sales component only a desire to adjust and adjust until my hearing was optimized. There was no commitment on my part until I was satisfied. This is top customer service. I am satisfied.
