I was extremely satisfied with the care provided by TheKey for my parents. The caregivers were compassionate, supportive, and went above and beyond to make sure my parents were well taken care of. The office team was incredibly cooperative and always available whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The 24/7 availability they offer is a huge relief, especially knowing that our parents are home alone at times. I highly recommend TheKey for anyone looking for reliable, thoughtful care for their loved ones. Thank you for everything!

It takes a special blend of personality characteristics to assist the elderly. One has to be compassionate, reliable, respectful, engaging and helpful. The caregivers at Home Care Assistance Waterloo are a blend of all these characteristics and more. Nathan Greenley was remarkably helpful to me when I phoned him to inquire about their services. Of his own initiative he went to the Westhill and met with the head nurse to see how Home Care Assistance would assist my Mom. He arranged his finest care workers to give my Mom the support she needed. He has a fine group of companions who helped my Mom and assisted her through her Dementia. I would like to particularly recognize the efforts of Karen and Suze. Both women are EXCEPTIONAL caregivers. They were very patient with Mom and engaged her and kept her entertained. Both of them have a zest for life and their enthusiasm was very good for my Mom. I am so glad that I engaged their services. I am grateful to Nathan, Karen and Suze for their companionship and care of my Mom. One person can't do everything all the time, no matter how much you may want to. Everyone needs help when caring for the elderly. I highly recommend that you seek the support and assistance of Home Care Assistance Waterloo. They understand the process of ageing and the decline that occurs with Dementia. Thank you all for your compassion, warmth, enthusiasm and encouragement. M. Rodrigo

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Home Care Assistance in attending to the daily needs of my aging mother for over the last year. The staff they have arranged have always been professional, compassionate and dedicated to best meeting the ever changing needs of my mother. I have always found the PSW's and Administrative Staff, pleasant, accomodating and professional. I honestly don't know how I would have managed throughout the last year without their assistance. I would highly recommend Home Care Assistance to anyone needing extra help in caring for an aging loved one. You couldn't be in better hands.
