I was so confused and she said "I am not going to apologize to you" because I am not the one contacted you and she repeated it many times.... i told her i did not ask her to apologize, i believe I am not the first one walking in without knowing the dr is not there anymore. i just want a minute to see whats the solution as I have not received any email or phone call at all.

I left them numerous messages on the day. I still haven’t heard back from the clinic after a few weeks. Lack of care and unprofessionalism from the reception staff is unbelievable.
