- JCJay CDec 11, 20251.0I’ve never dealt with a more disappointing and unprofessional experience than I did at this so-called “men’s health clinic.” From the moment I walked in, something felt off, but I never expected the level of incompetence and dishonesty I ended up dealing with. Appointments (on phone and in person) were constantly delayed, staff never seemed to know what was going on, and every question I asked was brushed off with a sales pitch. Instead of getting real medical guidance, all I got was pressure to buy overpriced treatments, add-on vitamins, and peptides which I never asked for. It became obvious very quickly that their priority wasn’t health, it was squeezing as much money out of me as possible. This was most apparent with the manager who told me several times I could get my insurance to cover just to get me to sign up. The testosterone treatments were poorly managed, inconsistent, and came with zero real explanation as to what they were doing to me. Any time I voiced concerns about side effects or dosage, I was dismissed with a generic, rehearsed response. It felt less like a medical clinic and more like a storefront operation pretending to offer healthcare. Honestly, this place feels like a complete scam. The lack of transparency, the upselling, the rushed appointments, it’s all a huge red flag. No legitimate clinic should operate like this. I seriously regret ever trusting them with my health. If you’re considering going here, don’t. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the potential damage to your health. This place needs to be investigated, and frankly, it needs to be shut down until they learn what patient care actually means. UPDATE: To be clear this was the Forest Hill location I am referencing to.
