Then we got her eye checked at another clinic and they provided the accurate prescription (-0.75 in one and -1.00 in another). After much hassles, we got our refund. Would never go to any Specsavers. Not sure why optometrist decided to play with my wife's health. They should be investigated.

She was patient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. What impressed me most is that she can also assist the Bengali community, which makes the experience even more comfortable for those who prefer communicating in Bengali. Highly recommend asking for Ruma if you need eye care or new glasses!
