My wife and I recently visited the Specsavers store at Centrepoint Mall and had a wonderful experience. Ms. Leila Abbasi and her colleague were extremely kind, patient, and professional while helping us choose our glasses. They took the time to guide us carefully and made the whole process easy and comfortable. We truly appreciated their warm attitude and excellent customer service. Thank you very much for your help. We highly recommend this store.Manizheh and Ata

I went to Specsavers to get a specific frame replaced because it was causing me discomfort. On Sunday, March 1, the optician with a bob cut initially told me that she couldn’t do anything about it. I explained that it was making noise when opened, crooked on one side, and had a massive gap between the frame and the temple arms. She filed it a little, which caused a scratch, and then asked if I wanted the frame replaced with a new one. I said yes, of course—who wouldn’t want a new pair if they are paying for it? She then tried putting one lens into another frame but gave up, saying my lenses were too thick, and told me to go home and return on Tuesday to see Michel, the optician, who could possibly make the replacement. That same day, the short lady helped me, but they kept making excuses, even though their policy states they will do anything to satisfy clients. On Tuesday, the short lady took my frame, and I begged nicely if I could get a new frame from stock rather than a display frame, since display frames are touched by customers or sometimes dropped. I also made it clear that I wanted that one frame I liked, which I had picked up recently on February 25, and did not want any other frame. She told me to come back when it was ready to pick up. On Wednesday, March 4, I called to check if it was ready, and they said they would call me. I then received a call that it was ready, so I went to pick it up. The bob-cut optician told me it had been replaced with a new frame, but I noticed it was filed, scratchy, and clearly unfinished. When I compared it with the display frame, the display was glossy as it should be, while the “new frame” was scratched on both sides. I waited about 20–25 minutes standing there to speak with the short lady, but the bob-cut optician ended up talking to a student or someone applying for a job. Michel seemed busy, but when I approached him, he ended a call and yelled, “Who helped you?” and “Wait for the person who helped you,” making it sound as if it was my fault that there had been a problem. I calmly told him he didn’t have to be rude, but I was left waiting another 10 minutes. Eventually, Michel helped me and took the glasses to replace the frame again. When I got home, I realized the “replacement” was actually the same frame I had from the start, scratches and all. After multiple visits, long waits, excuses, and poor communication, I feel completely let down and misled.

Had a great experience for eye exam with Dr. Carol. And Linda helped us selecting sunglasses for my 4 year old child. The process went smoothly. All the things were explained in detail. I would recommend this branch of Specsavers.

I had a great experience at SpecSavers today. Dr Carol Ng, was professional and explained everything in great detail. She was happy to answer all my questions and even pointed out important things I wasn’t aware of before. Linda was also great with helping me select glasses and cash out, she was patient and very kind throughout the whole process.
