My dad has had several years of frustration at other heating clinics, with inadequate devices but, moreover, unsatisfactory customer service. Kristen Hofstra, Hearing Care Professional at Amplifon Strathroy, is wonderful to work with. She is patient with my dad, speaks to him respectfully in a manner he can hear and understand. She explains everything thoroughly, patiently, in an easy-to-understand manner. Kristen is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Carolina, the Client Care Coordinator, is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Their care and compassion is appreciated. Together, Kristen and Carolina make Amplifon Strathroy a comfortable and welcoming environment. My dad now is hearing very well and happy with the hearing aids recommended by Kristen, and happy with the service provided. It has been a pleasant and satisfactory experience. We highly recommend Amplifon Strathroy.

Alissa at the administration desk actually came outside to assist us in getting Mom out of the car safely. Both Alissa and Hanna were very friendly and kind, and very attentive to Mom’s needs, while also carefully following Covid protocol. Hanna explained everything clearly to Mom, and expertly guided us through the hearing test and also with the selection of hearing aids. We didn’t feel rushed, and we left feeling that we had definitely made the right choice by choosing Amplifon. I recommend this place very highly!
