  This location is ridiculously brutal, the receptionist is never welcoming and always aggressive. They never answer their phones or voicemails. When I addressed this situation with the receptionist she was telling extremely rude. One time my mom had an appointment, I took time off of work to take her and we waiting for about 15mins then this receptionist says I been trying to call you all morning to cancel the appt, I said well no one called me, she said is this your number and reads out my number and said well this is what I called and I said well heres my phone and received nothing from connect hearing, she goes well appt cancelled as the audiologist is not here today. There was no voicemail or nothing, she said can I reschedule and that’s it no apology for coming nothing. Ridiculous, wasting peoples time, especially seniors who require help and assistance to get to the appt. The one receptionist (older lady) she is the one that is always at the office. Never to return there ever again.

  Arranged my day off for all appointments and confirmed for 9.00am with connect hearing Pickering (PTC) on the phone and via email.. arrived on time but the receptionist did not arrive until after 9. I found out then that they changed my appointment to another date and time and sent an email the day before. They did not even try contacting me to check if the date works for me. Messed up my day. Found the service in Scarborough much better. Talk about keeping your business in you community

  Sharing this piece of important information had a employee go to the Pickering store location in mall and wanted to move their appointment, as well had made several calls through out day leaving messages for someone to return my call with a follow up and went online to fill out the form as well to notify we would like someone to contact or at least acknowledge. When Senior went to the business the receptionist was too busy playing cards on her phone under the monitor. She was ignoring the customer who was right in front of her. Dr. Mr. Ray needs to know this as business are open now and having this disappointing visit with the senior was not professional.

  Really good service. Dr. Ray is very professional and makes sure that he meets the needs of his clients. The receptionist makes sure that she’ll be able to book an appointment for you on your days of availability. Highly recommended. ❤️

  The experience and service was excellent, Dr. Ray Kaustuv explained everything very well and took the time for all my questions. I definitely would recommend this location.
